Its tone can be described as warm, balanced, and full-bodied. The bass notes are rich and resonant—deep and full, yet clear and well-defined. The midrange tones are warm and lush, with excellent separation that highlights intricate melodies with clarity and nuance. The trebles are sweet and singing, adding a brilliant sparkle to the overall sound without becoming sharp or piercing.
This model is highly responsive, offering a wide dynamic range and an extraordinary palette of tonal colors. It reacts beautifully to subtle variations in touch and technique, allowing players to convey a broad spectrum of emotions with precision and sensitivity.
About Juan Hernandez Guitars
Juan Hernandez Guitars was founded by Juan Hernandez Iranzo. Born in 1948, Juan began his journey as a luthier at the age of 15, apprenticing at the Francisco Esteve workshop. Over the years, he became a certified guitar maker and rose to the position of production manager. In 2001, he established his own workshop under the Esteve banner, crafting a distinctive line of handcrafted classical and flamenco guitars.
Following in his father’s footsteps, Alberto Hernandez Monfort (b. 1979) began his apprenticeship at Esteve in 1994. After achieving certification, Alberto joined his father’s workshop, where he refined his skills. Upon Juan Hernandez’s retirement, Alberto took over as production manager at Esteve and became the head luthier at Juan Hernandez Guitars. Today, Alberto personally crafts the signature models, upholding the family’s tradition of excellence and artistry.
