This flamenco guitar was handmade in the Jose Ramirez shop during its "Golden Years" from about 1965-1967. Although Ramirez had not yet, begun to make the distinction on their label of 1a or 2a, this is what was to become their top quality 1a model. The guitar has the initials CLL which indicates that Camelo Llenena Martinez was Ramirez official that made it. The guitar is in excellent condition apart from normal wear. The action is set up so as not to buzz, but could be lowered if so desired.
