Paulino Bernabé Roman, the renowned Spanish luthier born in 1960, inherits his exceptional craftsmanship from his father, Paulino Bernabé Almendariz (1932-2007), who was equally esteemed in the field. Although Paulino II literally grew up surrounded by his father's workshop, his formal collaboration with his father commenced in the early 1980s, and they labored together for three decades. Much like his father, Paulino II not only possesses superb craftsmanship but also possesses a spirit of experimentation, constantly striving to enhance construction techniques and the various acoustic qualities of the guitar.

The Model 15 is meticulously crafted by hand within his Madrid workshop, in collaboration with skilled luthiers who join him in utilizing traditional tools and techniques passed down through generations.

Paulino eloquently articulated his approach to the M15 model, stating, "It takes nearly as much time to craft a estudio model as it does to create a top concert model (excluding artistic embellishments), so why invest time in constructing a guitar with subpar materials?" The Model 15 stands as a fully professional concert guitar, boasting the volume, projection, and sonic excellence to validate this claim. Its sound quality is immediately identifiable as a Bernabé guitar, characterized by its robust, resolute Spanish sound, impressive volume, projection, presence, tonal consistency, balance, and a broad spectrum of tonal colors.
