Iván Manzanero, born in 1960, continues the cherished legacy of his father, Félix Manzanero (1937–2019). Félix, a renowned master luthier, perfected his craft in the prestigious José Ramírez workshop, leaving a lasting legacy in the world of guitar making. Iván began his own journey in 1979, crafting his first guitar, and has remained dedicated to preserving and advancing the artisanal traditions passed down by his father.

The FM-60 is a testament to Iván’s personal craftsmanship and unwavering commitment to excellence. Each of these exceptional instruments is meticulously handcrafted by Iván using a selection of solid woods that have been carefully and patiently dried in the Manzanero workshop for over 25 years.
