Paulino Bernabe is master luthier, and his guitars are used by professional players worldwide. The M50 is the top of his M-line, the next level being the PB line, which he builds personally. The M50 guitar is made by hand using traditional techniques in his workshop in Madrid, where he works with four luthiers, and a couple of assistants. For this guitar he uses master grade woods. The top is made with the finest German spruce, perfectly split quartersawn as may be seen in its lovely medullary rays. The back and sides are made of fine Madagascar rosewood. The quality of this guitar is evident in every detail. The quality of sound of this guitars is instantly recognizable as a Bernabe: bold, powerful, substantial, and balanced, with a great pallet of colors, richness, and clarity.
