The Spanish luthier Casimiro Lozano Carrillo was born in 1954 in Casasimarro. In 1969, he started a long apprenticeship in the workshop of Vicente Carrillo, eventualluy becoming its foreman. In 1992, he opened his own shop. This concert classical is an Ignacio Fleta Sr copy inside and out with its system of nine fan braces, and dovetail neck join. It is a powerful responsive concert instrument with a superb dynamic range and balance. The basses are ample deep and complex, its singing trebles are round and colorful.
