This 1974 1a Ramirez has had only one owner and purchased it directly from the shop in Madrid. It is in remarkably good condition-- no cracks, no repairs, only some superficial nail marks below the trebles, and a couple of string burns below the 1st string. This is has the kind of sound that one associates with Andres Segovia recordings from the 1960s onwards. At the time because Segovia used a guitar, with 664mm scale, 54mm nut-- this was what many players wanted. Despite its long scale, it is very easy and enjoyable to play. The guitar is in a Mark Leaf flight case. This case is optional. It is priced at $500, and worth every penny if you fly with your guitar.
